Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Agreement to Terms
By using this website or engaging Streamline Business Systems ("Streamline," "we," "us") for web development or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to this website and to the general relationship between Streamline and its clients; specific engagements may also be governed by a separate written agreement or scope of work.
Services
Streamline provides custom web design and development, hosting, maintenance, payment processing integration, virtual assistant services, digital AI agents, backend infrastructure, CRM systems, and sales process design. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined during a discovery call and confirmed before work begins.
Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on this site are general starting points, not fixed quotes. Because scope varies by project, final pricing is determined after a discovery call and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, or recurring billing for ongoing services) will be set out at that time.
Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on clients providing necessary content, access, approvals, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays on the client's side may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (design files, site code) transfers to the client upon final payment. Streamline retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Third-Party Services
Some services (such as payment processing or hosting) rely on third-party platforms. Streamline is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or fees imposed by those third parties, but will assist clients in resolving issues where possible.
Limitation of Liability
Streamline provides services on a best-effort, professional basis. To the extent permitted by law, Streamline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or this website.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to any terms agreed in a specific project contract regarding outstanding payment for work completed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
